Pac4 Branding and Website Development

Overview

As Pac4’s content lead, I identified the need to modernize the company’s outdated website—originally designed during my internship—to reflect the agency’s evolved capabilities and identity. With no internal design or development support, I led the full website revamp, from structure and UX to copywriting and visual direction.

Project Goals:

  • Modernize an outdated website to reflect the agency’s evolved identity

  • Build a stronger brand presence with minimal internal resources

  • Improve content clarity, hierarchy, and service positioning

Skills Showcased:

  • Content strategy

  • Visual direction and execution

  • Incorporated generative AI tools to support copywriting workflows

What Works Better?

  • Stronger Brand Voice: The new site reflects Pac4’s evolved identity—modern, confident, and customer-oriented—through clear, intentional copy and a consistent tone.

  • Visual Hierarchy: Cleaner layout and typographic structure made it easier for visitors to navigate services and understand offerings at a glance.

  • Color & Personality: Gradient design and refreshed visual elements helped the brand feel more alive, memorable, and distinct in a crowded market.

  • Clarity of Services: Reorganized content and streamlined language removed ambiguity about what Pac4 does and who it serves.
